We are Harlem Community Center (HCC), a community center serving Northern Winnebago County, Illinois including Machesney Park, Loves Park, Roscoe, Rockton, and South Beloit.
Promoting a strong community through a range of programs which support the educational, social, and recreational needs of families and individuals.
