Welcome to Harlem Community Center Summerball, a cherished institution in Northern Winnebago County, proudly serving youth from Machesney Park, Loves Park, Roscoe, Rockton, and South Beloit since 1957. For over six decades, comprised of baseball, softball, and t-ball, our program has been a beacon of youth athletics in our community, fostering a love for baseball and providing countless young boys and girls with unforgettable experiences, lifelong friendships, and invaluable life lessons.

  • HCC Galaxy Softball, ages 14, 15, 15, 17, and 18
  • HCC Junior Baseball, ages 15, 16, 17, and 18

Raffle Tickets

To help players offset the cost of registration, we offer a raffle ticket selling program. Read on for details!

  • Each player is asked to sell a minimum of 10 tickets. The cost of these first 10 is included in the initial registration fee.
  • Each ticket is to be sold for $5.
  • You can begin selling your tickets on March, 1st 2024.
  • All tickets should be turned in to the HCC main office by Friday, May 31st 2024 during business hours.

Prize Payout

  • Grand Prize – $2,500
  • Second Place – $750
  • Third Place – $500
  • Fourth Place – $250

Seller Incentive

  • Sell the Grand Prize ticket and receive $150
  • Sell the Second Place ticket and receive $100
  • Sell the Third Place ticket and receive $50
  • Seller of the most tickets will receive $50 (in the event of a tie, a drawing will be held to determine the winner).

Selling Additional Tickets

  • To decrease player’s participation fees, participants may sell more tickets.
  • Each player can purchase up to 3 books of $25 worth of tickets. They then sell the tickets, and keep the money.
