Hello, Families!

We hope your summer has been great so far! We’re excited to welcome you all back to our after school programs in just a few short weeks! Registration is currently at capacity.

WAITLIST

Our After School Program is currently full, but we’d love to add your child to our wait list. Please fill out the Google Form below, and we’ll contact you as soon as a spot becomes available.

PROGRAM SCHEDULES & FEES

Choose the schedule that works best for your family –

• Full Week After School (4-5 days) – $80/week
• Partial Week After School (1-3 days) – $55/week

After school care runs until 5:30pm each school day. 

Before School Note: Given the earlier start times this year, before school care will not be offered at Harlem Community Center.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

The Harlem Community Center participates in the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) to help ensure every family has access to our high-quality and fun school-age programs!

Forms are best filled out on a computer and may not be mobile friendly.

NEW CCAP APPLICATION (Click Here)Use this form if your family has never used the Child Care Assistance Program before. Be sure to include your 2 most recent paystubs and/or official school schedule when you send this to us.

CHANGE OF PROVIDER FORM (Click Here) Change of Provider (COP) forms are used when you already have a CCAP approval and need to change or add a new location.

TURNING IN FORMS AND APPLICATIONS

All financial assistance forms and applications should be returned to our us at hcc@rockriverymca.org. Alternatively, you can drop them off in-person to the front desk at the Harlem Community Center
