• Engage campers in fun and educational activities designed to foster social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Create a safe and inclusive environment where campers feel empowered to explore, learn, and grow.
• Implement age-appropriate curriculum and adapt activities to meet the individual needs of each child.
• Serve as a positive role model, promoting teamwork, communication, and respect among campers.
• Collaborate with fellow counselors and camp leadership to plan and execute daily schedules, special events, and field trips.
• Develop meaningful relationships with campers and their families, providing support and feedback throughout the summer.
